Team Leader - e-Comm & Digital Shelf Client Services

As a Team Leader - eCommerce & Digital Shelf Client Services, you are responsible for client service delivery across a variety of clients and digital content contracted projects. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner & Client Services Lead, you will manage a team of Client Service Managers, serve as the primary escalation point for clients and act as the liaison between internal resources and external clients.

This role will involve:
Manage and support client services team deliverables, ensuring client work is delivered with accuracy and timeliness
Manage, mentor, motivate, coach, and develop group of professionals who lead client special projects and content deployment
Develop team members for growth within our organization. Ensure team billing and administrative deliverables are completed accurately and with timeliness
Triage client requests and allocate projects to team members to ensure quality and timely completion
Manage and support client projects as assigned by manager
Build & maintain strong working relationships with clients
Lead internal teams to evaluate and implement solutions that most effectively meet client needs. Communicate regularly and proactively with management on status of projects
Understand client needs and possess ability to respond to a wide variety of client requests and inquires
Partner with manager and internal stakeholders to understand priorities and provide guidance to team as needed
Partner with internal teams to analyze data and translate findings into action. Ensure cross-training of team members for broad understanding of key work
You're a great fit if:
8+ years of business experience with a minimum of 3 years of direct people management
Bachelor's Degree, with a preferred focus in business
Experience with Salsify or similar PIM preferred. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
A self-starter with the resourcefulness to work both independently and collaboratively
Strong planning and organizational skill set with project management acumen
Ability to effectively balance competing priorities
Ability to review data, provide analytical feedback and make recommendations. Ability to troubleshoot to provide effective and timely solutions
Highly detailed-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy
Ability to communicate confidently and effectively both written and verbally
Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19
