Digital Implementation Co-Op

This program offers high-caliber students the ability to apply their knowledge in a practical business setting during a six-month, full-time assignment. Gournay Consulting co-ops truly become a part of the team through meaningful project work, exposure to all aspects of the business, active participation in team meetings and on-going mentorship.

The primary responsibility of this position is assisting the Digital Transformation Team with both large-scale and ad hoc project work in support of business initiatives. You will work on exciting projects and get to offer your ideas and creative solutions to complex business problems ranging from data model design and new PIM implementation to workflows and analytics. You will learn about the digital shelf ecosystem and how to leverage technology for automation and efficiency.

This role will involve:
Assist with implementing data models that meet client needs
Import content and digital assets in clean data model and map channels for content syndication
Keep up to date with digital trends and industry best practices
Learn to work within Salsify and other digital shelf technologies to drive efficiency and client success
Be accessible and offer continuous support to digital transformation managers
Manage multiple, concurrent projects
Apply strategic thinking and problem solving to a range of business challenges
Work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Participate in team meetings, project meetings and training sessions
Successful co-ops may be considered for full-time employment after completion of their college degree.
You're a great fit if:
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university at the time of application, pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree with an expected graduation in 2023-2024 (Junior or Senior Student.)
Concentration major in Business or Computer Science preferred
A minimum of 3.0 cumulative GPA
Ability to work full time (40 hours per week, Monday-Friday) for 6-month duration
Previous Co-op/Intern work experience
Proficiency in Windows software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Highly detailed-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy
Ability to communicate confidently and effectively both written and verbally
Ability to provide own transportation between home and work office location
Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19
A passion for ecommerce, with the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
A self-starter with the resourcefulness to work both independently and collaboratively
Strong planning and organizational skills
Ability to effectively balance competing priorities
Ability to troubleshoot issues and document solutions to provide effective and timely resolution
Ability to review data, provide analytical feedback and make recommendations
Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts effectively
