The Digital Transformation department provides a unique blend of consulting and implementation, advising on digital transformation strategy and also implementing advanced technical solutions for our clients. We work in the fast-paced digital e-commerce space, where requirements change daily, new capabilities launch constantly, and products are being purchased and delivered to consumers faster than ever.
Projects will be both short and long-term, ranging from smaller brand manufacturers to some of the largest consumer goods companies in the world. The Digital Transformation department is responsible for understanding clients’ organizational structure and goals, assessing business opportunities, implementing new enterprise software solutions, and helping clients efficiently manage product content. Projects will largely focus on enhancement or new implementation of Salsify, a Product Information Management (PIM) system, to drive efficiency and client success across the digital shelf. Such projects may involve working with data architecture, process workflow design, marketing content management, data analytics, GDSN, and retailer requirements (such as Amazon, Walmart, and Target).
As a Digital Implementation Analyst, you will work with a range of clients across multiple verticals for whom you will develop creative technical solutions and provide recommendations on best practices. You will learn how to use Salsify formulas to transform data and will learn about the digital shelf ecosystem in order to leverage technology for automation and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be proficient with Microsoft Excel, able to exercise great time management skills, and enjoys the challenge of tackling new problems in a collaborative team environment.
